Principle
The equipment is powered by a high-performance variable frequency motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the stirring shaft and the Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) mounted on the shaft end at high speed swirl/spin. During the swirl/spin process, the Impeller has a strong shearing, Impact and dispersion effect on the material, so as to realize the dispersion, mixing, dissolving and stirring of the material. The variable frequency Control system allows the user to precisely adjust the Rotation speed according to the process requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller form according to the material viscosity and Processing capacity and install it.
2. Pack the material to be processed into a suitable container (Processing capacity 0.5-300 L).
3. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate working height by manual or electric lifting.
4. Turn on the power supply (220/380V) and set the required Rotation speed (0-1500rpm) through the digital display frequency conversion controller.
5. Start the equipment and start the mixing and dispersing operation.
6. The timing function can be selected as required, and it will automatically stop when the set time is reached.
7. After the job is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and clean the equipment.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should be ≤ 25000 cps to ensure the effective operation of the equipment.
Processing capacity range is 0.5-300 L, do not over- or under-operate.
