Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft through a high-performance variable frequency motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor to drive different forms of Impellers (such as paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) to swirl/spin at high speed in the material to achieve dispersion, mixing, dissolving and stirring of the material. Rotation speed of the motor is controlled by the frequency converter to adapt to the process requirements of different viscosity and processing capacity.

Steps
1. Rotation speed configuration according to material viscosity and Processing capacity.
2. Select the appropriate Impeller form (blade type, tooth plate type, blade type) according to the process requirements and install it.
3. Select the manual or electric lifting method and adjust the Impeller to the appropriate height.
4. Turn on the power supply (220/380V) and set the required Rotation speed through the digital display frequency conversion controller.
5. Start the equipment to disperse, mix, dissolve or stir.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 25000 cps.
Processing capacity range is 0.5-300 L, this model is specifically 30~ 300L.
• Please choose explosion-proof, timing, alarm and other configurations according to the process needs.
• Power supply voltage (220/380V) matches equipment requirements before operation.
• When replacing an Impeller, make sure the device is powered off.
• Do not exceed the equipment Rated power (5.5KW) and maximum Rotation speed (1500rpm).
