Overview
MXF-D2000 Small Batch Pilot Dispersion Stirrer is a new product designed by MUXUAN brand according to the actual needs of production. It is mainly used for the pre-production experiments of paints, Coatings, pigments, plastics, food and other liquid Stocks to provide correct data for large-scale production. It can also be used for small batch production. Processing capacity is 10-40L.

Principle
The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc makes the material form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and stirring.

Steps
1. Move the device to the appropriate location.
2. Select and install a suitable dispersion mixing head (standard φ 80/100mm, optional φ 60/120mm) according to the material viscosity (≤ 25000 cps) and Processing capacity (10-40L).
3. Adjust the mixing head to the appropriate height through the electric lifting system (Travel 350mm).
4. Set the required Rotation speed (0-3000rpm) and timing parameters through the CPU Digital Display Control system.
5. Start the equipment to disperse and mix materials.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the viscosity of the material does not exceed 25000 cps, and the Processing capacity is within the range of 10-40L.
• Please choose the appropriate size of the dispersing mixing head according to actual needs.
• Rotation speed and timing parameters are set to ensure safety.
• Regularly check the electric lift system and casters to ensure their normal operation and ease of movement.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the mixing area while the equipment is running.
