MXF-T500 Concentric Biaxial Hydraulic Disperser is a device that integrates dispersion and stirring functions. It is developed on the basis of hydraulic lifting single shaft Stirrer, adopts concentric biaxial design, has good adaptability to medium and high viscosity and thixotropic materials, can simultaneously disperse and stir operations, and supports non-standard customization according to material characteristics and process requirements.
Features
1. High mixing efficiency: It is composed of a wall-scraped Stirrer and a high-speed disperser. Two sets of Stirrers work simultaneously to subject the material to strong shearing and mixing effects, achieving the purpose of rapid mixing.
2. The material does not stick to the wall, and the discharge is clean: Stirrer is equipped with a drawdown blade, which is close to the barrel wall to wipe to ensure that there is no material retention on the barrel wall and improve the mixing effect.

Principle
Stirring blade swirl/spin under the power drive, driving the material to do axial and radial movement, to achieve shear and diffusion stirring. Drawdown blade with Stirrer swirl/spin, close to the barrel wall scrape off the material to prevent retention. The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc makes the material form a circular flow and produces a strong vortex, which produces strong shear impact and friction between the particles to achieve rapid dispersion and dissolve. The stirring disc generates radial force through circular motion to accelerate the material circulation. The equipment drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower through the hydraulic pump to realize the lift of the entire transmission mechanism and working group.
