Principle
Using high performance three-phase asynchronous motor as the driving motor, Rotation speed is controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation to realize the functions of material dispersion, mixing and stirring, grinding refinement and so on.

Steps
1. Install suitable dispersion disc or sand disc
2. Put the material into the Mixing Tank
3. Rotation speed required
4. Start the equipment for dispersion, grinding or mixing operations
5. Turn off the device after the operation is completed
6. Remove the working head for cleaning

• Material viscosity should not exceed 300,000 cps
• Processing capacity range 200ml-20000ml (water level standard)
• Make sure the Voltage Frequency matches AC 220V/50/60 Hz before use
