Principle
The equipment drives different blades to work through multiple power units. The low-speed Impeller blade drives the material to do axial and radial swirl/spin to realize shear and diffusion mixing. The high-speed dispersion disc forms strong vortices and annular flow through high-speed swirl/spin, and generates strong shear, impact and friction between particles to achieve rapid dispersion and dissolve. Mulser (helical head) at high-speed swirl/spin, makes the rotation and stator form a vacuum suction material. The material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, shearing and other actions in a narrow gap, resulting in strong turbulence, so as to realize the depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization and emulsification of the material. Equipped with stirring and scraping function to make the mixing more uniform.
