MUXUAN FYF-2.5 Kettle Combined Dispersion Stirrer is a multi-functional mixing and dispersing equipment. It consists of a low-speed anchor Stirrer and two high-speed dispersion disc blades. It integrates low-speed strong stirring and biaxial high-speed dispersion functions. It can simultaneously carry out high-shear, dispersion, stirring, dissolving and mixing processes. Principle
The equipment drives the stirring blade and the dispersion disc swirl/spin through the power unit. The stirring blade drives the material to do axial and radial swirl/spin at the same time, and combines the shear and diffusion stirring forms to achieve rapid stirring and mixing. The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow and a strong vortex, and strong shear, impact and friction are generated between the particles to achieve rapid dispersion and dissolve. Mulser uses the high-speed swirl/spin and precise coordination of the rotation and stator to impact, crush, and shear the material in the gap to form turbulent flow to achieve depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization and refinement of the material.
