Principle
The equipment drives the Impeller blade and dispersion disc swirl/spin through the power unit. The Impeller blade drives the material to do axial and radial swirl/spin to form shear and diffusion mixing, so as to achieve rapid stirring and mixing. The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc makes the material produce strong vortices and annular flow, and strong shearing, impact and friction occur between the particles, so as to achieve the effect of rapid dispersion and dissolving. If the Mulser is configured, the high-speed swirl/spin rotor and stator form a vacuum suction material, and the material is refined and homogenized through strong impact, crushing, shearing, etc., to form a stable emulsion.
