MUXUAN FYF-5 Kettle Combined Dispersion Stirrer is a multi-functional mixing and dispersing equipment. It integrates low-speed strong stirring and high-speed dispersing functions. Principle
The equipment drives the stirring blade and the dispersion disc swirl/spin through the power unit. The stirring blade drives the material to do axial and radial swirl/spin to realize shear and diffusion mixing. The high-speed operation of the dispersion disc causes the material to form an annular flow and a strong vortex, which produces strong shear, impact and friction between the particles to achieve rapid dispersion and dissolve. Mulser forms a vacuum suction material through the rotation and stator of the high-speed swirl/spin. The material is sent out after impact, crushing and shearing in a narrow gap, resulting in strong turbulence, so as to realize the depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization and emulsification of the material.
