Overview
MUXUAN XJ-10L Planetary Stirrer is a multifunctional mixing device suitable for mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving and other processes of high viscosity materials such as electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, sealant, pigment, inks, ointment, etc. The device has a design volume of 10L and a working volume of 6L. It can work in a vacuum environment and has heating function.
Features
1. Adopting a double-planet stirring structure, the Impeller rotates while rotating, achieving a complex motion trajectory.
2. Equipped with high-speed toothed dispersion disc, providing strong shearing and dispersion.
3. Equipped with a wall scraper, it can scrape off the materials adhered to the barrel wall and improve the mixing effect.
4. The kettle body adopts a special sealing structure, supports pressurization and vacuuming operations, and has a good exhaust defoaming effect.
5. Mixing Tank jacket can be heated or chilled down as needed, and the temperature is controllable.
6. The cylinder head is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system, the cylinder block can be moved, and the Impeller can be completely disengaged for easy operation and cleaning.
Principle
The equipment makes the material flip up and down, shear and mix through the stirring anchor running at low speed, and the toothed dispersion disc running at high speed produces strong impact and shear on the material. While the Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, it rotates around its own axis at different Rotation speeds, so that the material does complex movements in the kettle and is subject to strong shearing and mixing. The wall scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body, scraping off the sticky wall material to participate in the mixing. The kettle body can be vacuumed to discharge moisture and volatiles, and the jacket can be heated or chilled down.
Applications
Electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, mold glue, silicone sealant, organosilicone, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, pigment, inks, ointment, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other materials mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, tempering.
Steps
1. Raise the cylinder head through the hydraulic system.
2. Add the material to the Mixing Tank.
3. Lower cylinder head and seal.
4. Rotation speed of stirring, dispersing and scraping as required.
5. For heating or chilling down, set the jacket temperature.
6. If degassing is required, start the vacuum system.
7. Start the equipment for mixing processing.
8. After processing is complete, stop the equipment, raise the cylinder head, remove the Mixing Tank or perform cleaning.
Notice
The equipment is a laboratory Stirrer, mainly used for experimental small batch trial production.
• Before operation, make sure that the components are firmly installed and well sealed.
• Rotation speed and process parameters are selected according to material characteristics.
• When performing heating operations, pay attention to temperature control to avoid overheating.
• During vacuum operation, ensure the sealing of the system to the specified Vacuum Level.
• When cleaning, make sure that components such as the Impeller are completely removed from the cylinder, and pay attention to safety.
• Do not operate beyond the rated working capacity (6L) of the equipment.
