Overview
MUXUAN XJ-20L Planetary Stirrer is a multifunctional mixing device, suitable for mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, emulsification and other physical and chemical reactions of various high-viscosity materials such as electronic Stock, lithium-ion battery slurry, gluing agent, sealant, pigment, inks, ointment, etc. The device has a design volume of 24L and a working volume of 20L. It adopts a double planetary stirring structure, which can work in a vacuum environment and has heating function.
Features
1. Adopting a double-planet stirring structure, Stirrer simultaneously rotates and rotates to achieve strong shearing and mixing of materials.
2. Equipped with high-speed toothed dispersion disc to enhance the impact and shear effect of the material.
3. Equipped with a wall scraper, it can scrape off the materials adhered to the kettle wall to ensure uniform mixing.
4. The kettle body adopts a special sealing structure, supports pressurization and vacuuming operations, and has a good exhaust defoaming effect.
5. Mixing Tank jacket can be heated or chilled down as needed, and the temperature is controllable.
6. The cylinder head adopts hydraulic lifting, the cylinder block can be moved, and the Impeller and drawdown blade can be completely separated from the cylinder block, which is easy to operate and clean.
Principle
The equipment makes the material turn up and down, shear and mix in a closed container through a stirring anchor running at low speed. The toothed dispersion disc running at high speed generates strong impact and shear with the material. The Stirrer rotates around its own axis at different Rotation speeds while rotating around the axis of the kettle body, so that the material does complex movements in the kettle body and is subject to strong shearing and blending. The scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body, scraping off the material stuck to the wall to participate in mixing. The kettle body can be pressurized or vacuumed to remove bubbles, and the jacket can be heated or chilled down.

Steps
1. Add the material to the Mixing Tank.
2. Lower the cylinder head through the hydraulic system to ensure sealing.
3. Rotation speed of stirring, dispersing and scraping as required.
4. Start the equipment and perform processes such as mixing and dispersing materials.
5. According to the process requirements, start the vacuum system for degassing, or start the heating/chilling down system for temperature control.
6. After the process is completed, stop the equipment from running.
7. Raise the cylinder head through the hydraulic system to remove the Impeller and drawdown blade from the cylinder.
8. Remove the cylinder block, discharge and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Before operating the equipment, check whether the components are in good condition, especially the sealing structure.
The amount of material added should not exceed the working volume (20L) of the equipment.
• Before starting functions such as stirring and dispersing, make sure that components such as the wall scraper are installed in place.
• When performing vacuuming or pressurizing operations, it is necessary to strictly follow the requirements of parameters such as equipment Vacuum Level (-0.09MPA).
• When heating or chilling down, the temperature needs to be monitored through the control panel to prevent overheating or overcooling.
• During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands or tools into the mixing area.
When cleaning the equipment, make sure the power is turned off and the stirring parts are completely stopped and detached from the cylinder.
• Regularly check and maintain the hydraulic system, sealing parts, etc.
