Overview
XJ-30L Planet Stirrer is a double planetary mixing equipment of MUXUAN brand, with a design volume of 30L and a working volume of 24L. The equipment is suitable for electronic Stock, lithium-ion battery slurry, gluing agent, mold glue, silicone sealant, organosilicone, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, pigment, inks, ointment and other electronic chemicals, building materials, pesticides, food industry liquid and liquid, solid and liquid material mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, emulsification and other physical and chemical reactions.
Features
1. Adopting a double-planet stirring structure, Stirrer rotates while orbiting, achieving a complex motion trajectory.
2. Equipped with high-speed toothed dispersion disc, providing strong shearing and impact.
3. Equipped with a wall scraper, it can scrape off sticky wall materials and participate in mixing.
4. The kettle body adopts a special sealing structure, supports pressurization and vacuuming operations, and has a good exhaust defoaming effect.
5. Mixing Tank jacket can be heated or chilled down as needed, and the temperature is controllable.
6. The cylinder head adopts hydraulic lifting, the cylinder block can be moved, and the operation is convenient. Impeller and drawdown blade can be completely separated from the cylinder block for easy cleaning.
Principle
The equipment makes the material flip up and down, shear and mix through the stirring anchor running at low speed. The toothed dispersion disc running at high speed generates strong impact and shear with the material. While the Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, it rotates around its own axis at different Rotation speeds, so that the material does complex movements in the kettle body and is subject to strong shear and shearing. The wall scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body, scraping the wall-sticking material to participate in the mixing. The kettle body can be pressurized or vacuumed to remove bubbles, and the jacket can be heated or chilled down.
Applications
Adhesive, sealant, mold glue, silicone sealant, organosilicone, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, sealing glue, ointment, Electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, pigment, inks, ointment paste material, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other high viscosity preparations
Steps
1. Raise the cylinder head through the hydraulic lifting system.
2. Move or place the Mixing Tank and add the material.
3. Lower cylinder head and ensure sealing.
4. Set the temperature (heating or chilling down) as needed.
5. Start the vacuum system for evacuation operation as required.
6. Start stirring, dispersing and scraping motors, and set the corresponding Rotation speed for mixing.
7. After mixing is complete, stop all motors.
8. Release the vacuum (if applicable).
9. Raise the cylinder head so that the Impeller and drawdown blade are removed from the cylinder.
10. Mobile Mixing Tank to remove materials and clean equipment.
Notice
The equipment is experimental and suitable for small batch trial production.
• Before operation, make sure that all parts are firmly installed and well sealed.
• The amount of material added shall not exceed the working volume (24L) of the equipment calibration.
• Before starting the mixing and dispersing functions, please confirm that the moving parts such as the wall scraper do not interfere with the inner wall of the Mixing Tank.
• When performing heating operation, pay attention to control the temperature to avoid overheating.
• When vacuuming, ensure sealing and observe the Vacuum Level.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not extend your hands or Miscellaneous objects into the moving parts area.
When cleaning equipment, make sure the power is turned off and the Impeller is fully raised and off the Mixing Tank.
• Regularly check the operating status of the hydraulic system, vacuum system and electrical components.
