Overview
The MUXUAN XJ-50L Planetary Stirrer is a multifunctional mixing device suitable for the mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, emulsification and other physical and chemical reactions of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials. The device has a design volume of 57L and a working volume of 40L. It is suitable for the preparation of electronic Stocks, lithium-ion battery slurries, gluing agents, sealants, pigments, inks, ointments and other highly viscous materials.
Features
1. Using a double-planet stirring structure, Stirrer rotates at the same time, achieving complex motion and strong shear.
2. Equipped with high-speed toothed dispersion disc to enhance the impact and shear effect of the material.
3. Equipped with a wall scraper, it can scrape off the materials adhered to the barrel wall to ensure uniform mixing.
4. The kettle body adopts a special sealing structure, supports pressurization and vacuuming operations, and has a good exhaust defoaming effect.
5. Mixing Tank jacket can be heated or chilled down as needed, and the temperature is controllable.
6. The cylinder head adopts a hydraulic lifting system, the cylinder block can be moved, and the Impeller and drawdown blade can be completely separated from the cylinder block, which is easy to operate and clean.
Principle
The equipment turns, shears and mixes the material up and down in a closed container through a stirring anchor running at low speed. At the same time, the high-speed toothed dispersion disc generates strong impact and shearing with the material. While the Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, it rotates around its own axis at different Rotation speeds, so that the material in the kettle body does complex movements and is subject to strong shearing and shearing. The wall scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body, scraping off the material stuck to the wall to participate in mixing. The kettle body can be pressurized or vacuumed to remove bubbles, and the jacket can be heated or chilled down.
Applications
Electronic Stock, Li-ion battery slurry, gluing agent, mold glue, silicone sealant, organosilicone, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, pigment, inks, ointment, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other highly viscous preparations
Steps
1. Raise the cylinder head through the hydraulic lifting system.
2. Add the material to the movable Mixing Tank.
3. Lower cylinder head and ensure sealing.
4. Set the temperature (heating or chilling down) as needed.
5. Start the vacuum system for evacuation operation as required.
6. Start stirring motor, dispersing motor, set revolution, rotation and Dispersing disc speed for mixing.
7. After the mixing is completed, stop the equipment from running.
8. Raise the cylinder head so that the Impeller and drawdown blade are completely detached from the cylinder.
9. Move the cylinder block for discharge and equipment cleaning.
Notice
• When the equipment is a laboratory Stirrer, it is only used for experimental small batch trial production.
• Before operation, make sure that all parts of the equipment are firmly installed and well sealed.
• Rotation speed and mixing time according to material characteristics.
• When heating or chilling down, pay attention to temperature control to avoid overheating or overcooling.
• When vacuuming, ensure the sealing of the system and observe the Vacuum Level.
When cleaning equipment, ensure that the power is turned off and the stirring parts are safely disengaged.
• Do not operate beyond the rated working volume of the equipment.
