Overview
The MUXUAN XJ-100L Planetary Stirrer is a multifunctional mixing device suitable for mixing, reacting, dispersing, dissolving, emulsification and other physical and chemical reactions of various high-viscosity materials such as electronic Stock, lithium-ion battery slurry, gluing agent, sealant, pigment, inks, ointment, etc. The device has a design volume of 108L and a working volume of 80L. It belongs to the mass production model of the XJ series double planetary hybrid Stirrer.
Features
1. Using a double-planet stirring structure, Stirrer simultaneously rotates and rotates, achieving complex motion and efficient mixing.
2. Equipped with high-speed toothed dispersion disc, providing strong shearing and impact.
3. Equipped with a wall scraper, it can scrape off the materials adhered to the barrel wall to participate in mixing.
4. The kettle body adopts a special sealing structure, supports pressurization and vacuuming operations, and has a good exhaust defoaming effect.
5. Mixing Tank jacket can be heated or chilled down as needed, and the temperature is controllable.
6. The cylinder head of the equipment adopts hydraulic lifting, the cylinder block can be moved, and the Impeller and drawdown blade can be completely separated from the cylinder block, which is easy to operate and clean.
Principle
The equipment makes the material turn up and down, shear and mix in a closed container through a stirring anchor running at low speed. At the same time, the high-speed toothed dispersion disc generates strong impact and shear with the material. While the Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, it rotates around its own axis at different Rotation speeds, so that the material does complex movements in the kettle body and is subject to strong shear and mixing. The wall scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body, scraping off the material stuck to the wall to participate in mixing. The kettle body can be pressurized or vacuumed to expel moisture and Miscellaneous volatiles.
Applications
Electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, mold glue, silicone sealant, organosilicone, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, pigment, inks, ointment, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other high viscous preparations
Steps
1. Raise the cylinder head through the hydraulic lifting system.
2. Add the material to the movable Mixing Tank.
3. Lower cylinder head and ensure sealing.
4. Set the temperature (heating or chilling down) as needed.
5. Start the equipment and set the Rotation speed of the stirring anchor, dispersion disc and wall scraper to mix.
6. If degassing is required, the vacuum system can be started for vacuuming operation.
7. After mixing, raise the cylinder head so that the Impeller and drawdown blade are completely separated from the cylinder.
8. Move the cylinder block for discharge and cleaning.
Notice
• When the equipment is a laboratory Stirrer, it is only used for experimental small batch trial production.
• Before operation, make sure that the components are firmly installed and well sealed.
• Rotation speed, temperature and Vacuum Level are reasonably set according to material characteristics.
• When heating or chilling down, pay attention to temperature control to avoid overheating or overcooling.
• When cleaning, make sure that the Impeller and drawdown blades are fully lifted from the cylinder and cut off the power supply.
• Regularly check the hydraulic system, vacuum system and electrical components to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
