Features

Principle
The equipment turns, shears and mixes the material up and down in a closed container through a stirring anchor running at low speed. At the same time, the high-speed toothed dispersion disc generates strong impact and shearing with the material. The Stirrer rotates around its own axis at different Rotation speeds while rotating around the axis of the kettle body, so that the material does complex movements in the kettle body and is subject to strong shearing and blending. The wall scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body, scraping off the material stuck to the wall to participate in mixing. The kettle body can be pressurized or vacuumed to expel moisture and Miscellaneous volatiles.
