Overview
The MUXUAN XJ-350L Planetary Stirrer is a multifunctional mixing device suitable for mixing, reacting, dispersing, dissolving and other processes of high viscosity materials such as electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, sealant, pigment, inks, ointment, etc. The device has a design volume of 350L and a working volume of 300L. It can work in a vacuum environment and has heating and chilling down functions.
Features
1. Adopting a double-planet stirring structure, Stirrer simultaneously rotates and rotates to achieve strong shearing and mixing of materials.
2. Equipped with high-speed toothed dispersion disc to enhance the impact and dispersion effect of materials.
3. Equipped with a wall scraper, it can scrape off the materials adhered to the barrel wall to ensure uniform mixing.
4. The kettle body adopts a special sealing structure, supports pressurization and vacuuming operations, and has a good exhaust defoaming effect.
5. Mixing Tank jacket can be heated or chilled down as needed, and the temperature is controllable.
6. The equipment adopts a hydraulic lifting system, the cylinder head can be lifted and lowered, and the cylinder block can be moved, making it easy to operate and clean.
Principle
The equipment makes the material turn up and down, shear and mix in a closed container through a stirring anchor running at low speed. The toothed dispersion disc running at high speed generates strong impact and shear with the material. The Stirrer rotates around its own axis at different Rotation speeds while rotating around the axis of the kettle body, so that the material does complex movements in the kettle body and is subject to strong shear and shearing. The scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body, scraping off the material stuck to the wall to participate in mixing. The kettle body can be pressurized or vacuumed to remove bubbles, and the jacket can be heated or chilled down.
Applications
Electronic Stock, Li-ion battery slurry, gluing agent, mold glue, silicone sealant, organosilicone, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, pigment, inks, ointment, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other highly viscous preparations
Steps
1. Raise the cylinder head through the hydraulic lifting system and add the material to the Mixing Tank.
2. Lower cylinder head and ensure sealing.
3. Start the vacuum system for evacuation operation as required.
4. Start the stirring motor and the dispersing motor, set the revolution, rotation and Dispersing disc speed to mix.
5. During the mixing process, the wall scraper works automatically.
6. For heating or chilling down, set the jacket temperature through the control panel.
7. After mixing is complete, stop stirring, remove the vacuum (if applicable), and raise the cylinder head to remove the material.
8. When cleaning the equipment, the Impeller and drawdown blade can be completely separated from the cylinder by rising with the beam.

Do not open the cylinder head forcibly while vacuuming or pressurizing.
* When heating or chilling down, please pay attention to temperature control to avoid damage to equipment and materials caused by overheating or overcooling.
When cleaning equipment, make sure the power is turned off and pay attention to safety.
This equipment is experimental/mass production grade, and the laboratory Stirrer is only used for experimental small batch trial production.
