Overview
The MUXUAN XJ-500L Planetary Stirrer is a multifunctional mixing device suitable for mixing, reacting, dispersing, dissolving and other physical and chemical reactions of various high-viscosity materials such as electronic Stock, lithium-ion battery slurry, gluing agent, sealant, pigment, inks, ointment, etc. The device has a design volume of 505L and a working volume of 400L. It can work in a vacuum environment and has heating and chilling down functions.
Features
1. Adopting a double-planet stirring structure, Stirrer simultaneously rotates and rotates to achieve complex motion.

5. The cylinder head of the equipment adopts hydraulic lifting, the cylinder block can be moved, and the Impeller and drawdown blade can be completely separated from the cylinder block, which is easy to operate and clean.
Principle
The equipment makes the material turn up and down, shear and mix through the stirring anchor running at low speed, and the toothed dispersion disc running at high speed produces strong impact and shear on the material. While the Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, it rotates around its own axis at different Rotation speeds, so that the material does complex movements in the kettle body and is subject to strong shear and mixing. The wall scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body, scraping off the sticky wall material to participate in the mixing. The kettle body can be pressurized or vacuumed to remove bubbles, and the jacket can be heated or chilled down.
