Principle
The diaphragm pump forms a circulating grind between the material in the tank and the grinding chamber. The ground medium with high filling rate in the cavity generates multi-directional force and irregular movement under the swirl/spin drive of the dial, and the particles in the material are refined by the continuous collision and friction of the ground medium. At the same time, the sieve separates the material from the ground medium, and the material constantly circulates from the tank to the grinding chamber, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the particle size and narrowing the range of particle size distribution.
Applications
Dispersion and grinding of materials in biological, cosmetic, food, Coating, inks, colorants, dyestuff, pesticides and other industries. Suitable for materials with a viscosity below 20000cps and high fineness of grinding requirements, such as latex paint, industrial paint, colorants, Water-based ink, pesticide suspension agent, lithium battery Stock, etc.
Steps
1. Pump the material in the tank into the grinding chamber through the diaphragm pump to form a circulating grinding system.
2, start the equipment, dial swirl/spin drive irregular movement of ground medium, collision and friction of material particles.
3. The ground material is separated from the ground medium by sieve.
4. The separated material is returned to the tank and continues to circulate until the required fineness of grinding is achieved.
Notice
• Before the equipment runs, ensure that the double-ended mechanical sealing chill down system works normally.
• Monitor and set the protection value of temperature and pressure during operation.
The viscosity of the material should be controlled below 20000cps.
• When cleaning materials of different Colors or varieties, it is necessary to use the pulley device of the equipment to detach the cylinder block and clean it thoroughly.
• 0.6-1 pure zirconia beads are recommended for grinding media.
