Principle
The diaphragm pump forms a circulating grind between the material in the tank and the grinding chamber. The grinding medium with high filling rate in the cavity is driven by the swirl/spin of the dial to produce irregular movement, and the particles in the material are constantly collided and rubbed by the grinding medium. The sieve separates the material from the grinding medium, and the material constantly circulates from the tank to the grinding chamber, so as to achieve the purpose of smaller particle size and narrower Particle size range.

Steps
1. Use a diaphragm pump to pump the material in the tank into the grinding chamber to form a cycle.
2, start the equipment, dial swirl/spin to drive the grinding medium to the material collision and friction grinding.
3. The material is separated from the ground medium by sieve and continues to circulate until the required fineness is achieved.
Notice
• Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 20000cps.
• When the equipment is running, make sure that the water jacket is cooled down to control the temperature.
• Pay attention to monitoring the temperature and pressure of the equipment and set the protection value reasonably.
• When cleaning materials of different Colors or varieties, it is necessary to use a pulley device to separate the grinding cavity and thoroughly clean the cavity and zircon beads.
• 0.6-1 pure zirconia beads are recommended for grinding media.
