Principle
The diaphragm pump pumps the material in the tank into the grinding cavity to form a circulating grinding. The ground medium with high filling rate in the cavity generates multi-directional irregular motion under the swirl/spin drive of the dial, and the material particles are crushed by the continuous collision and friction of the grinding medium. The sieve separates the material from the ground medium, and the material continuously circulates between the tank and the grinding cavity, so as to achieve the purpose of grinding with smaller particle size and narrower Particle size distribution.

Biological, cosmetics, food, Coatings, inks, colorants, dyestuffs, pesticides and other industries, suitable for latex paint, industrial paint, colorants, Water-based inks, pesticide suspensions, lithium battery Stock and other materials dispersion and grinding.
Steps
1. Pump the material in the tank into the grinding chamber through the diaphragm pump to start the equipment.
2. When the equipment is running, the grinding medium collides and rubs the material under the drive of the dial.
3. After grinding, the material is sieved and returned to the tank to form a cycle.
4. Monitor and adjust operating parameters such as temperature and pressure through on-site operation boxes.
5. After the grinding is completed, use the ball receiving bucket and pulley device to disassemble the grinding cavity for cleaning.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should be controlled below 20000cps.
• When the equipment is running, ensure that the chilled down water jacket is filled with water to maintain a good chilling down effect.
• Pay attention to monitoring the set temperature and pressure "protection values" to ensure that the equipment operates within a safe range.
• Before cleaning materials of different Colors or varieties, thoroughly clean the grinding cavity and zircon beads.
• According to the processing capacity requirements (200-600L/H) and material characteristics, select the appropriate grinding medium (0.6-1 pure zirconia).
