Principle
The laboratory Three-roll grinder consists of three rollers, which are installed on a rack and directly driven by an electric motor. The front roller rotates forward, the middle roller rotates backward, the front roller Rotation speed is fast, and the rear roller Rotation speed is slow. The middle roller is fixed, and the front and rear rollers are installed on the slide to adjust the distance from the middle roller through the handwheel. The material enters between the rear roller and the middle roller, and the squeezed particles are tapered and carried out by the fast roller. The end drawdown blade separates the material into the collection bucket.

Steps
1. Adjust the middle protrusion of the roller according to the viscosity of the material.
2. Use the handwheel to adjust the distance between the front and rear rollers and the middle rollers.
3. Start the equipment and enter the material between the rear and middle rollers.
4. The material is extruded and ground by the fast roller.
5. Use a drawdown blade to separate the material from the roller and fall into the collection bucket.
