MUXUAN S65-2 type laboratory Three-roll grinder is suitable for pastes or high viscosity materials that need to be dispersed and require high fineness. The equipment is squeezed by the surface of three horizontal rollers, and the distance between the rollers is adjusted by hand to achieve grinding effect at different speeds. It is equipped with an emergency brake button to prevent foreign body damage. The rollers can be made of special cemented carbide or pure zirconia.

Principle
The laboratory Three-roll grinder consists of three rollers, which are installed on the same frame and driven by an electric motor. The front roller rotates forward, the middle roller rotates backward, and the front roller Rotation speed is faster than the rear roller. The middle roller is fixed, and the front and rear rollers are adjusted with handwheels through slides and spring devices. The material enters between the rear roller and the middle roller, is squeezed by the roller to make the particles thinner, and is finally carried out by the fast roller and separated into the collection bucket through a drawdown blade.

Steps
