S65 type laboratory Three-roll grinder is suitable for paste or high viscosity materials that need to be dispersed and require high fineness; by pressing the surfaces of three horizontal rollers, the distance between the rollers is adjusted by hand, and the friction at different speeds is achieved. Equipped with an emergency brake button to prevent damage to the equipment caused by falling into foreign objects. The rollers are cast with special carbide, and pure zirconia can also be used.

Principle
The laboratory Three-roll grinder consists of three rollers, installed on a rack, and directly driven by an electric motor. Generally, the rotation direction between the rollers is different, the front roller rotates forward, and the middle roller rotates backward. Rotation speed of the rollers is fast for the front roller and slow for the rear roller. The middle roller is fixed, the front and rear rollers are installed on the slide, and there is a spring device. The distance between the front and rear rollers and the middle roller is adjusted by the hand wheel. The material enters between the rear roller and the middle roller, is squeezed by the roller, and the product particles become finer. Then it is brought out by the fast roller. The end of the fast roller is equipped with a drawdown blade, so that the material is separated from the roller and falls into the collection bucket.

Steps
1. Adjust the mid-thrust of the roller according to the viscosity of the material.
2. Use the handwheel to adjust the distance between the front and rear rollers and the middle rollers.
3. The material enters between the rear roller and the middle roller.
4. Start the device to grind.
5. The material is brought out by the fast roller and separated into the collection bucket by the drawdown blade.
