S65 type laboratory Three-roll grinder is suitable for the use of paste or high viscosity materials that need to be dispersed and require high fineness. By pressing each other on the surface of three horizontal rollers, the distance between the rollers is adjusted by hand, and the friction at different speeds achieves the grinding effect. The equipment is equipped with an emergency brake button to prevent foreign body damage, and the rollers are made of special cemented carbide casting or pure zirconia material.

Principle
The laboratory Three-roll grinder is composed of three rollers, which are installed on a rack and directly driven by an electric motor. The rotation direction of the rollers is different. The front roller rotates forward and the middle roller rotates backward. The front roller rotates at a fast speed and the rear roller rotates slowly. The middle roller is fixed, and the front and rear rollers are installed on the slide to adjust the distance from the middle roller through the handwheel. The material enters between the rear roller and the middle roller and is squeezed and thinned. After being carried out by the fast roller, it is separated into the collection bucket by the drawdown blade.

Steps
1. Adjust the middle protrusion of the roller according to the viscosity of the material.
2. Use the handwheel to adjust the distance between the front and rear rollers and the middle rollers.
3. Start the equipment and enter the material between the rear and middle rollers.
4. The material is extruded and ground by the fast roller.
5. Use a drawdown blade to separate the material from the roller and fall into the collection bucket.

The viscosity of the material should not exceed 3,000,000 cps.
