Overview
MUXUAN MXR-11 Mulser is a high shear emulsification equipment that can be fixed to various types of kettle and tank containers, supporting normal pressure, closed or vacuum operating conditions. It provides three installation stations: top, side and bottom, and can be combined with Miscellaneous Stirrer such as dispersion and stirring to achieve multi-purpose automated production functions.
Features
1. The working head adopts a new type of two-way suction structure, which is refined from stainless steel forgings.
2. Provide two forms of top and bottom, and support three Installation methods: vertical, offset and oblique.
3. According to the pressure conditions, double-ended mechanical sealing and high voltage oil sealing are used to solve the sealing problem.
4. Adopt frequency converter control.
5. Can be matched with custom double-decked emulsification kettle, with heating or chilling down function.
Principle
The equipment uses a high-speed swirl/spin shear head to strongly shear, disperse and homogenize the materials in the kettle and tank, achieving efficient mixing of solids and liquids, liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions.
