Overview
MUXUAN Kettle Mulser Model MXR-15 is a high shear emulsification device that can be fixed to various kettle-type containers. It supports normal pressure, closed or vacuum operation, and can be combined with different Stirrer forms such as dispersion and stirring to achieve multi-purpose. It can be installed with Miscellaneous kettle equipment through top, side and bottom positions to realize automatic production of the system.
Features
1. The working head adopts a new type of two-way suction structure, which is refined from stainless steel forgings.
2. Provide two installation forms of upper and bottom, and support three installation methods of vertical, offset and oblique.
3. According to the pressure conditions, double-ended mechanical sealing and high voltage oil sealing are used to solve the sealing problem.
4. Adopt frequency converter control.
5. Customized double-decked emulsification kettle with heating or chilling down function.
Principle
The device uses high shear action to strongly disperse, emulsify and homogenize the materials in the kettle and tank. The working head adopts a two-way suction design, which sucks the materials and shears them at high speed to realize the mixing of solids and liquids, liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions.
