Overview
MUXUAN MXR-22 kettle Mulser is a high shear emulsification equipment that can be fixed to various types of kettle and tank containers. It supports normal pressure, closed or vacuum operation, and can be automated with Miscellaneous kettle equipment such as dispersion and stirring. It provides a variety of installation stations for top, side and bottom, and can be combined with different Stirrer forms to achieve multi-purpose of one machine.
Features
1. The working head adopts a new type of two-way suction structure, which is refined from stainless steel forgings.

Principle
The device uses a high-shear Mulser head to shear, disperse and homogenize materials at high speed. The working head adopts a two-way suction design, which can strongly suck the materials in the kettle and instantly crush and emulsify them, so as to achieve efficient mixing of solids and liquids, liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions.
