Overview
The high-shear Mulser model MXR-30 for kettles can fix Mulser on various kettle-type vessels, divided into normal pressure, closed or vacuum types, and cooperate with Miscellaneous kettle equipment to realize system automation production. Three installation stations are provided for top, side and bottom, which can be combined with different Stirrer forms such as dispersion and stirring to achieve multi-purpose in one machine.
Features
1. The working head is made of a new type of two-way suction, refined from stainless steel forgings.
2. There are two types of top and bottom, using three Installation methods: vertical, offset and oblique.
3. In the pressure application conditions, double-ended mechanical sealing and high voltage oil sealing are used to solve the sealing problem.
4. Inverter control.
5. Container: Customized double-decked emulsification kettle, can be heated or chilled down.
Principle
Through the high-speed swirl/spin of the high-shear Mulser working head, a strong shear force is generated to mix solids with liquids or liquids with liquids to achieve dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials.
