Overview
MUXUAN Kettle Mulser Model MXR-45 is a high shear emulsification device that can be fixed to various kettle-type vessels and supports normal pressure, closed or vacuum operation. The device can be combined with different Stirrer forms such as dispersion and stirring to achieve multi-purpose in one machine, and can be combined with Miscellaneous kettle equipment through top, side and bottom installation stations to realize automatic production of the system.
Features
1. The working head adopts a new type of two-way suction material, which is refined from stainless steel forgings.
2. Installation methods on top and bottom are provided, and three Installation methods of vertical, offset and oblique are supported.
3. Under pressure application conditions, double-ended mechanical sealing and high voltage oil sealing are used to solve the sealing problem.

Principle
The kettle with high shear Mulser by high-speed swirl/spin of the working head to generate a strong shear force, the solid and liquid or liquid and liquid mixed to form a solution, colloid, suspension or emulsion, to achieve dispersion of the material, emulsification and homogenization.
