Overview
The YONGLIDA QSJ FM Disperser is a paint dispersion device using FM technology with a motor Power of 750W. The device is mainly used for paint dispersion testing and can evenly disperse solid materials in liquids. Its impeller diameter is φ 50mm and the dispersion barrel volume is 2L.
Features
1. Adopt frequency modulation technology to achieve stepless speed regulation.
2. Motor Power is 750W, power is stable.
3. The impeller diameter is φ 50mm, and the dispersion efficiency is high.
4. Equipped with a 2L dispersion drum, suitable for small batch testing.
5. Travel up to 200mm, flexible operation.
Principle
The device drives the impeller's high-speed swirl/spin through an FM motor, generating strong shear and Impact forces. In the dispersion barrel, the impeller's swirl/spin fully mixes the liquid with the solid material, so that the solid particles are uniformly dispersed in the liquid medium, so as to achieve the purpose of dispersion and mixing.
Applications
Paint dispersion test
Steps
Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Add the material to be dispersed into a 2L dispersion drum.
3. Adjust the lifting mechanism to immerse the impeller in the material to a suitable depth.
4. Start the device and gradually adjust the Rotation speed from 0 to the required Rotation speed (up to 6000rpm) through the speed control knob.
5. Rotation speed is set until the material is uniform.
6. After the dispersion is completed, turn off the power after adjusting the Rotation speed to the lowest level.
7. Raise the impeller and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
Equipment should be placed on a stable and firm surface for operation.
• Before starting, make sure that the impeller is properly installed and not in contact with the barrel wall.
• When adjusting the speed, gradually adjust it from the low speed to the required Rotation speed to avoid sudden high-speed start.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the swirling/spinning impeller area.
• Clean the impeller and dispersion bucket in time after use.
Do not use this equipment in humid or flammable environments.
