Overview
The high-shear Mulser model MXR-75 for kettles can fix the equipment to various kettle-type vessels, supporting atmospheric pressure, closed or vacuum working conditions. The equipment can be combined with different Stirrer forms such as dispersion and stirring to achieve multi-purpose in one machine, and cooperate with Miscellaneous kettle equipment to realize automatic production of the system. Three installation stations are provided: top, side and bottom.
Features
1. The working head adopts a new type of two-way suction material, which is refined from stainless steel forgings.
2. Installation methods on top and bottom are provided, and three Installation methods of vertical, offset and oblique are supported.
3. Under pressure application conditions, double-ended mechanical sealing and high voltage oil sealing are used to solve the sealing problem.

Principle
The device uses high shear action to mix solid and liquid, liquid and liquid to achieve dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions.
