Overview
The MUXUAN MXR-1.5 High Shear Mulser is a batch emulsification device that can be lifted and lowered by pneumatic/manual brackets for easy movement and lifting of the main engine. It can be fixed on various containers, or made into a closed vacuum type, and can be automatically produced in combination with Miscellaneous kettle equipment. The device narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through mechanical external force, achieving uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases, achieving the effect of refinement and homogenization and dispersion emulsification, thereby forming a stable emulsion. The working head is refined by stainless steel forgings, with two types of upper and bottom, and supports three Installation methods of vertical, offset and oblique. Double-end mechanical sealing can be used under pressure conditions.

Principle
The device narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials by means of mechanical external force, so that one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refining homogeneity and dispersion emulsification, and finally form a stable emulsion state.

Steps
1. Move the device to the target container position and fix it with brake casters.
2. According to the process requirements, adjust the Mulser working head to the appropriate height in the container by pneumatic or manual lifting brackets.
3. Connect the power supply (and compressed air, such as using pneumatic lifting), and start the equipment.
4, material mixing, dispersion, emulsification, crushing, homogenization, reaction and other processes.
5. After the batch processing is completed, stop the equipment and raise the working head.
6. The equipment can be moved between different containers for the next batch operation, or the equipment can be cleaned during processing intervals.

The applicable range of material viscosity is ≤ 8000 cps (mPas).

• Suitable for batch emulsification process of motors below 11KW.

• Under pressure application conditions, models equipped with double-ended mechanical sealing and sealing self-lubrication systems are required.
• According to material characteristics and process requirements, different materials (such as SS304/SS316L/Hastelloy, etc.) or different emulsification heads can be customized.
• Optional chill down double-decked cartridge helps the equipment run for a long time and control the temperature rise.
