Overview
MUXUAN MXR-2.2 High Shear Mulser is a batch emulsification equipment suitable for pilot and small batch production. It adopts a pneumatic/manual bracket lifting design, which is convenient for movement and main engine lifting. It can be installed on open or closed vacuum containers to achieve dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and other processes of materials. The working head of the equipment is refined with stainless steel forgings. Through mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed to achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, and form a stable emulsion.

Principle
High shear Mulser through the method of mechanical external force, so that the liquid-liquid, solid-liquid material particle size narrowed, so that one phase evenly distributed to another or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refining homogeneous, dispersed emulsification, and finally form a stable emulsion state.

Steps
1. Move the device over the target container and fix it.
2. According to the process requirements, adjust the height position of the Mulser working head through a pneumatic or manual lifting system.
3, start the equipment, material mixing, dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and other processes.
4. After the process is completed, raise the working head, and the cleaning work can be carried out to prepare for the next batch processing.

The applicable range of material viscosity is ≤ 8000 cps (mPas).
• Standard Processing capacity is about 80L, batch processing capacity range is 30L-300L.
• Device power is 2.2KW and Speed range is 3000rpm, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Travel 500mm, please pay attention to the operating space.
• Under pressure application conditions, double-ended mechanical sealing and sealing self-lubrication system are required.
• According to material viscosity and process requirements, matching single-layer or double-decked Mixing Tank can be selected.
• Device weight is 95Kg, please pay attention to safety when moving.
