The MUXUAN MXR-4 High Shear Mulser is a batch equipment with pneumatic/manual bracket lifting, which can be fixed to the container or moved through the lifting bracket for easy operation. Its working head is refined with stainless steel forgings, which can realize the refinement, homogenization, dispersion and emulsification of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials to form a stable emulsion. The equipment supports upper, bottom mounting and vertical, offset, oblique and other methods, and can be configured as a closed vacuum type according to needs, and can be automated with Miscellaneous kettle equipment.

Principle
Through the action of mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, so that one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refining homogeneity and dispersing emulsification, and finally form a stable emulsion state.

Steps
1. Move the device above the target container and adjust the working head position through a pneumatic or manual lifting mechanism.
2. According to the process requirements, the mixing, dispersion, emulsification, crushing, homogenization, reaction and other operations of materials are carried out in open containers or closed vacuum systems.
3. After each batch of materials is processed, cleaning can be carried out to prepare for the next batch.

• Processing capacity range of material viscosity ≤ 8000 cps (mPas) and 30L-300L.
• Under pressure application conditions, double-ended mechanical sealing and sealing self-lubrication system are required.
• According to the material characteristics and process requirements, select the appropriate Installation method (top/bottom, vertical/offset/inclined) and Mixing Tank type (single layer/double-decked).
• When making non-standard customizations (such as explosion-proof, special materials), it is necessary to clarify the specific technical requirements.
• Equipment runs intermittently, and each batch of processing can be cleaned intermittently to ensure production continuity and hygiene.
