Overview
The MUXUAN MXR-7.5 High Shear Mulser is a batch emulsification device that can be installed on a pneumatic/manual lifting bracket for easy movement and host lifting. The device can narrow the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials to achieve uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases, achieving the effect of refining and dispersing emulsification to form a stable emulsion. The working head is refined with stainless steel forgings, and provides two methods of top and bottom and three installation methods of vertical, offset and oblique. Under pressure conditions, double-ended mechanical sealing with self-lubricating system is used.

Principle
Through the action of mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, so that one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refining homogeneity and dispersing emulsification, and finally form a stable emulsion state.
Applications
Dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in the biological, food, Coating, inks, Spinning & weaving aids, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries. It is suitable for the process of mixing solids and liquids, liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions, such as juices, soups, dairy products, tissue homogenizers, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals and other materials.
Steps
1. Install the Mulser on an open or closed container via a pneumatic/manual bracket.
2. According to process requirements, move equipment between multiple containers or perform vacuum sealing operations.
3, start the equipment, mixing, dispersion, emulsification, crushing, homogenization, reaction and other processes.
4. Each batch of materials is handled intermittently, allowing the equipment to be cleaned.

The applicable range of material viscosity is ≤ 8000 cps (mPas).
Processing capacity is 200L, capacity range is 30L-300L.
• Suitable for batch emulsification process of motors below 11KW.
• Under pressure application conditions, models equipped with double-ended mechanical sealing and self-lubrication systems are required.
• According to the material viscosity and process requirements, choose the matching single-layer or double-decked Mixing Tank.
