Overview
The MUXUAN MXR-7.5 Hydraulic Lifting High Shear Mulser is a device suitable for a variety of container operations. It can be designed as a closed vacuum type, which can be used in conjunction with Miscellaneous kettle equipment to achieve automated production. It narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through mechanical external forces, achieving uniform distribution, achieving the effect of refining and dispersing emulsification, thus forming a stable emulsion. Its working head is refined with new two-way stainless steel forgings, and the closed vacuum type is equipped with double-ended mechanical sealing and self-lubrication system.

Principle
The device narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through mechanical external force, allowing one phase to be evenly distributed into another or more phases, thus achieving the effect of fine homogenization and dispersion emulsification, and finally forming a stable emulsion state.
