The MUXUAN MXR-18.5 Hydraulic Lifting High Shear Mulser is suitable for various containers and can be made into a closed vacuum type. It can be used in conjunction with Miscellaneous kettle equipment to achieve automated production. The equipment narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through mechanical external force, achieving uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases, achieving the effect of refining homogenization and dispersing emulsification, thus forming a stable emulsion. The working head is refined with stainless steel forgings, and the closed vacuum type is equipped with double-ended mechanical sealing and self-lubrication system.

Principle
