Overview
The MUXUAN MXR-30 Hydraulic Lifting High Shear Mulser is a dispersed emulsification equipment suitable for a variety of containers (which can be made into a closed vacuum type). It can be used in conjunction with Miscellaneous kettle equipment to realize automated production. It narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through mechanical external force, achieving uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases, achieving the effect of refining and dispersing emulsification, forming a stable emulsion. The working head is refined with stainless steel forgings, and the closed vacuum type adopts double-ended mechanical sealing with a self-lubricating system.

Principle
By means of mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, so that one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refining homogeneity and dispersion emulsification, thereby forming a stable emulsion.
