Overview
The MUXUAN MXR-45 Hydraulic Lifting High Shear Mulser is suitable for various containers and can be made into a closed vacuum type, which can be used in conjunction with Miscellaneous kettle equipment to realize system automation production. The equipment narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through mechanical external force, realizes the uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases, achieves the effect of refining and homogenizing, dispersing emulsification, and forms a stable emulsion. The working head is refined with stainless steel forgings of a new two-way material, and the closed vacuum type adopts double-ended mechanical sealing and a sealing self-lubrication system.

Principle
By means of mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, so that one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refining homogeneity and dispersion emulsification, thereby forming a stable emulsion.

Steps
1. It is used for operation in multiple open containers, or it can be made into a closed vacuum type.
2. Can independently complete mixing, dispersion, emulsification, crushing, homogenization, reaction and other processes on different containers;
3. During the intermittent processing of each batch of materials, cleaning can be done.
