Overview
MUXUAN MXR-75 Hydraulic Lifting High Shear Mulser is a kind of equipment for mixing liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials. It narrows the particle size of the material by mechanical external force, realizes uniform distribution, and achieves the effect of refining homogeneity and dispersing emulsification, thus forming a stable emulsion. The equipment is suitable for various containers and can be made into a closed vacuum type, which is combined with Miscellaneous kettle equipment to realize automatic production. The working head is refined with stainless steel forgings, and the closed vacuum type is equipped with double-end mechanical sealing and self-lubrication system.

Principle
By means of mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, so that one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases, so as to achieve the effect of refining homogeneity and dispersion emulsification, thereby forming a stable emulsion.

Steps
1. It is used for operation in multiple open containers, or it can be made into a closed vacuum type.
2. Can independently complete mixing, dispersion, emulsification, crushing, homogenization, reaction and other processes on different containers;
3. During the intermittent processing of each batch of materials, cleaning can be done.
