Overview
The working chamber of the single-stage pipeline emulsification pump is equipped with a set of rotating stators, which can be selected from single-layer to six-layer different configurations. The motor generates a strong suction force when swirling/spinning at high speed, sucks the material into the working chamber, and passes through multiple stages and multiple layers of rotating stators. Dispersion, shearing, emulsification, and circulation, continuous dispersion, shearing, emulsification to obtain stable high-quality products. Suitable for mixing, dispersion, dissolving, and emulsification of liquid-liquid or mutually soluble materials.
Features
1. Strong self-priming ability, continuous dispersion emulsification effect is good
2. Rotation speed up to 3000 rpm, which can be adjusted by frequency converter
3. All stainless steel body design and manufacture, optional SIEMENS motor
4. The rotating stator is CNC-machined with a whole piece of forging material, and runs smoothly
5. Adopt double-ended mechanical sealing design to prevent material leakage more effectively and reduce maintenance costs
Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure, and is equipped with a set of rotating stators in a narrow working chamber, and the rotating stator pairs are coupled and matched; the motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, and the rotating stator forms a vacuum. The material is sucked into the rotating stator cavity from the double-decked Mixing Tank inlet. Powerful kinetic energy makes the rotor produce a high linear speed, so that the material passes through strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing between the rotating and stator gaps. After flying out, under the action of various different directional forces, a strong turbulent flow is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet and enters the double-decked Mixing Tank cycle, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase, gas, etc. media are uniform and fine in an instant, and the product is dispersed and emulsified Stable high-quality products.
Applications
Dispersion and emulsification of materials in biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides and other industries
Steps
1. Suction the material from the double-decked Mixing Tank inlet into the stator cavity
2. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed
3. The material passes through impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing between rotation and stator clearance
4. Material flows out of the outlet and enters the double-decked Mixing Tank cycle
5. After multiple cycles of dispersed emulsification, a stable product is obtained
