Overview
MUXUAN single-stage emulsification pump model MXR-7.5-1 is a pipeline emulsification device with a set of rotating stators in the working chamber, which can be selected from single-layer to six-layer configurations. When the motor swirl/spin at high speed, the multi-layer rotating stator generates a strong suction force, which sucks the material into the working chamber. After multiple dispersion, shearing and emulsification of the multi-stage and multi-layer rotating stator, it is cycled and continuously processed to obtain a stable high-quality product. Suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or miscible materials.

Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure, and the working chamber is equipped with a set of rotating stator pairs for coupling. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, the rotating stator forms a vacuum, and the material is sucked into the cavity. The rotor produces a high linear speed to make the material pass through strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing in the gap, resulting in strong turbulence. The material flows out and circulates from the outlet, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase, and gas phase are uniform and fine in an instant, dispersed and emulsified, and stable high-quality products are achieved.

Dispersion and emulsification of materials in biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides and other industries.
Steps
1. Start the motor to drive the intermediate shaft to run at high speed.
2. Turn the stator to form a vacuum and suck the material into the working chamber from the suction port.
3. The material is dispersed, shearing and emulsification in the rotating stator gap.
4. The processed material flows out from the discharge port and can be recycled into the double-decked Mixing Tank for continuous processing.
