Overview
The working chamber of the single-stage pipeline emulsification pump is equipped with a set of rotating stators, which can be selected from single-layer to six-layer different configurations. When the motor swirls/spins at high speed, the multi-layer rotating stator generates a strong suction force, which sucks the material into the working chamber. In the process of the material from the suction port to the discharge port, it passes through multiple dispersion, shearing and emulsification of the multi-stage multi-layer rotating stator, and through circulation, continuous dispersion, shearing and emulsification to obtain stable high-quality products. Suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or miscible materials.
Features
1. Strong self-priming ability, continuous dispersion emulsification effect is good.
2. Rotation speed can reach 3000 rpm, which can be adjusted by frequency converter.
3. All stainless steel body design and manufacture, optional SIEMENS motor.
4. The rotating stator is manufactured by CNC machining of a single piece of forging material, resulting in smooth operation.
5. Adopt double-ended mechanical sealing design to prevent material leakage more effectively and reduce maintenance costs.
Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure; a set of rotating stators are installed in the narrow working chamber, and the rotating stator pairs are coupled and matched; the motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, and the rotating stator forms a vacuum. The material is sucked into the rotating stator cavity from the double-decked Mixing Tank inlet. Powerful kinetic energy makes the rotor produce a high linear speed, so that the material passes through strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing between the rotating and stator gaps. After flying out, under the action of a variety of different directional forces, a strong turbulent flow is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet and enters the double-decked Mixing Tank cycle, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase, gas and other media are uniform and fine in an instant, and the product is dispersed and emulsified Stable high-quality products.
Applications
Dispersion and emulsification of materials in biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides and other industries.
Steps
1. Start the motor to drive the intermediate shaft to run at high speed.
2. Rotate the stator to form a vacuum, and suck the material into the stator cavity from the double-decked Mixing Tank inlet.
3. The material undergoes strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing between the rotating and stator gaps.
4. The material is ejected, generating strong turbulence under the action of a variety of different directional forces.
5. The material flows out from the outlet and enters the double-decked Mixing Tank cycle to achieve decentralized emulsification.
Notice
• The material should be liquid or miscible.
• Ensure that the rotor stator pair is coupled correctly to avoid unstable operation.
• Regularly check the double-end mechanical sealing to prevent material leakage.
• When using the inverter to adjust the speed, be careful that the Rotation speed does not exceed 3000rpm.
• Device weight is 225Kg and appropriate tools should be used.
