Overview
MUXUAN single-stage emulsification pump model MXR-18.5-1 adopts horizontal structure, the working chamber is equipped with a set of rotating stators, the motor generates a strong suction force when swirl/spin at high speed to suck the material into the working chamber, through multi-stage multi-layer rotating stator dispersion, shearing, emulsification, to obtain stable high-quality products. Suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid or miscible materials.

Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure, and the working chamber is equipped with a set of rotating stator pairs for coupling. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed to form a vacuum, and the material is sucked into the rotating stator cavity. The rotor produces a high linear speed to make the material pass through strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing between the rotating stator gaps. After flying out, strong turbulence is generated under the action of various different directional forces, and the material flows out from the outlet and circulates, so that the immiscible various media are instantly uniformly dispersed and fine emulsification to achieve stable high-quality products.

Steps
1. Start the motor to drive the intermediate shaft to run at high speed
2. Turn the stator to form a vacuum and suck the material into the working chamber from the inlet
3. The material is dispersed, cut and emulsified between the rotating stator gaps
4. After emulsification, the material flows out of the outlet and is recycled
5. Rotation speed control emulsification effect by frequency converter
