Overview
MUXUAN single-stage emulsification pump model MXR-22-1 is a horizontal pipeline emulsification device with a set of rotating stators in the working chamber, which can be selected from single-layer to six-layer configurations. When the motor swirls/spins at high speed, the multi-layer rotating stator generates a strong suction force, which sucks the material into the working chamber. After multiple dispersal, shearing and emulsification of the multi-stage and multi-layer rotating stator, the stable high-quality product is obtained after continuous processing. It is suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or mutually soluble materials.

Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure, and the working chamber is equipped with a set of rotating stator pairs for coupling. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, and the rotating stator forms a vacuum. The material is sucked into the cavity, and the strong kinetic energy generates a high linear speed, so that the material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing between the rotating stator gaps. Under the action of various directional forces, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet and circulates, so that the immiscible medium instantly disperses emulsification evenly and finely, achieving stable and high-quality products.

Steps
1. Suction the material into the working chamber from the suction port
2. The motor runs at high speed, and the material is dispersed, cut and emulsified many times after rotating the stator
3. The material flows out from the discharge port and is recycled
4. Continuous dispersion, shearing, emulsification until a stable product is obtained
