Overview
MUXUAN single-stage emulsification pump model MXR-30-1 is a pipeline emulsification equipment. The working chamber is equipped with a set of rotating stators, which can be selected from single-layer to six-layer configuration. When the motor swirls/spins at high speed, the multi-layer rotating stator generates a strong suction force, which sucks the material into the working chamber. After multiple dispersion, shearing and emulsification of the multi-stage and multi-layer rotating stator, it is cycled and continuously processed to obtain a stable high-quality product. Suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or miscible materials.

Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure, and the working chamber is equipped with a set of rotating stator pairs for coupling. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, and the rotating stator forms a vacuum. The material is sucked into the cavity from the inlet, and the rotor produces a high linear speed, so that the material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and shearing between the rotating stator gaps, resulting in strong turbulence. The material flows out from the outlet and circulates, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase media are instantly uniformly dispersed and fine emulsification to achieve stable and high-quality products.

Steps
1. Start the motor to drive the intermediate shaft to run at high speed.
2. Turn the stator to create a vacuum and suck the material into the working chamber from the inlet.
3. The material is dispersed, shearing and emulsification in the rotating stator gap.
4. The processed material flows out from the outlet and can be recycled for continuous emulsification.
