Overview
The MUXUAN single-stage emulsification pump model MXR-37-1 is a horizontal pipeline emulsification device with a set of rotating stators in the working chamber, which can be selected from single-layer to six-layer configurations. The motor generates a strong suction force at high speed swirl/spin, which sucks the material into the working chamber. After multiple dispersion, shearing and emulsification of multi-stage and multi-layer rotating stators, stable high-quality products are obtained after continuous processing. It is suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or mutually soluble materials.

Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure, and the working chamber is equipped with a set of rotating stator pairs for coupling. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, forming a vacuum to suck the material into the rotating stator chamber. The rotor produces a high linear speed to make the material pass through strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing in the gap. After flying out, a strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet and circulates, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase, and gas phase are uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified in an instant to achieve stable and high quality.
Applications
Dispersion and emulsification homogenization of materials for biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving aids, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries; applicable materials include solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions formed by mixing solids and liquids, liquids and liquids, such as juice, soup, dairy tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals, etc.
Steps
1. Start the motor to drive the intermediate shaft to run at high speed.
2. Turn the stator to create a vacuum and suck the material into the working chamber from the inlet.
3. The material is dispersed, shearing and emulsification in the rotating stator gap.
4. The processed material flows out from the outlet and can be recycled for continuous emulsification.

• Ensure good material miscibility and avoid equipment damage caused by unsuitable materials.
• Regularly check the mechanical sealing to prevent material leakage.
