Overview
MUXUAN single-stage emulsification pump model MXR-45-1 is a horizontal pipeline emulsification device with a set of rotating stators in the working chamber, which can be selected from single-layer to six-layer configurations. When the motor swirls/spins at high speed, the multi-layer rotating stator generates a strong suction force, which sucks the material into the working chamber. After multi-stage multi-layer rotating stator dispersion, shearing and emulsification, stable high-quality products are obtained after continuous processing. It is suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or miscible materials.

Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure, and the working chamber is equipped with a set of rotating stator pairs for coupling. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, the rotating stator forms a vacuum, and the material is sucked into the cavity from the inlet. The high linear speed of the rotor makes the material pass through impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing in the gap, resulting in strong turbulence. The material flows out and circulates from the outlet, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase, and gas phase media are instantly uniform and fine, dispersed and emulsified, and achieve stable and high quality.
Applications
Biological, food, coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving additives, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides and other industries product materials dispersion, emulsification homogenization; applicable materials include solid and liquid, liquid and liquid mixed to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions, such as juice, soup, dairy tissue homogenate, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agent, oilfield chemicals and more than a thousand kinds of materials.
Steps
1. Start the motor to drive the intermediate shaft to run at high speed.
2. Turn the stator to create a vacuum and suck the material into the working chamber from the inlet.
3. The material is dispersed, shearing and emulsification in the rotating stator gap.
4. The processed material flows out from the outlet and can be recycled for continuous emulsification.

• Ensure good material miscibility and avoid equipment damage caused by unsuitable materials.
• Regularly check the mechanical sealing to prevent material leakage.
