Overview
The MUXUAN MXR-75-1 single-stage emulsification pump is a horizontal pipeline emulsification device. Its working chamber is equipped with a set of rotating stators that can be configured in multiple layers. When the motor swirls/spins at high speed, the multi-layer rotating stator generates a strong suction force, which sucks the material into the working chamber. During the process of material from the suction port to the discharge port, the material is dispersed, shears and emulsified many times by the multi-stage multi-layer rotating stator, and processed continuously through cycles, and finally a stable high-quality product is obtained. It is suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or mutually soluble materials.

Principle
The single-stage emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure, and is equipped with a set of pair-coupled rotating stators in a long and narrow working chamber. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, so that the rotating stator forms a vacuum, and the material is sucked into the cavity. Powerful kinetic energy drives the rotor to produce a high linear speed, so that the material passes through strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing between the rotating and stator gaps, and then flies out, generating strong turbulence under the action of a variety of different directional forces. After the material flows out of the outlet, it can enter the circulation, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase, and gas phase uniformly and finely disperse the emulsification in an instant, forming a stable high-quality product.
