Principle
Driven by the high-speed operation of the motor, the dispersing head generates a high-speed tangential straight line, which causes the material to produce strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force. Fluid materials withstand thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, thus achieving effective mixing, dispersion and homogenization effects. The relationship between the rate of chemical reaction and the rate of chemical reaction provides the correct process data for large-scale production.

Steps
1. Preparation of Materials and Mixing Tanks
2. Select dispersed impeller or mill according to test requirements
3. Set the required Rotation speed (100~ 8000rpm range)
4. Start the equipment to disperse and stir
5. Observe the digital display shaft Rotation speed
6. Clean the equipment after completing the operation
